(1) 1.Contestants needing storage for their personal belongings must use the personal belonging bag provided by the Federation. On the day of the race, show your race number tag to the staff and obtain a “Received” stamp on it to check in your belongings. To retrieve your belongings, show your race number tag and obtain a “Claimed” stamp on it. (Please take care of your own valuables. The Federation is not liable for any loss of personal items).

2. Personal belonging bags can be checked in from 04:00 A.M. on November 6, 2021. Present your race number tag to claim your belongings after the race. Please retrieve your belongings before 14:00 (P.M.) on the day of the event.

1.In the event of typhoon or other nature disaster, the Federation will take into consideration the safety of contestants, and reserve the right to cancel or delay the race, or use a substitute racecourse. Contestants do not have the right to protest the decision.

Those who participate in this marathon should pay attention to their own health condition. If you feel unwell, please do not force yourself. If you have a medical problems, such as heart disease, blood vessels or diabetes, please do not conceal and participate. Otherwise, you shall be responsible for any unexpected result.

Please take good care of the bib number and the chip. Both of the bib number and the chip will not be reissued if lost. Those who do not have a bib number will lose their qualifications, and have no results if the chip is lost.

At this marathon, full marathon, half marathon and leisure marathon runners will use the chip timing. Please refer to the chip timing instructions. The Association will not be responsible for “no result” due to improper personal use of the chip.

Please bring your identification card for reference.

Registrants who are unable to collect their race packages and souvenirs in advance for some reasons may claim their race package and souvenir after the race by presenting their registration receipt. Collection time is November 9 -12 (Tuesday-Friday) from 08:30 ~12:00 and 13:30~17:30.Thereafter, claims are considered forfeited.

The Federation reserves the right to broadcast, exhibit or post the videos, photos and results of the race on its website and publications and anywhere in the world. Contestants must agree to have their photos and performance used in race related publicity and activities.

(1)Exercise is very important to maintain a healthy condition. Please evaluate your own condition on the day of the race. Please have enough sleep and have breakfast 2-hour before the race. The insurance only cover emergency medical care, your own illness will not be included. Furthermore, the public accident insurance will only cover the damages caused by the accident within the amount of NT$1 million per person. (All details are subject to the insurance contract)

(2)Coverage of public accident insurance

1.The insured shall be liable for the compensation for the third-party injury, death or damage due to the accidents happened during the insurance period. The insurance company shall compensate the insured for the compensation requests based on the following conditions:

(a)An accident that occurs in the business premises specified in this policy as a result of the business operations of the insured or his servant.

(b)Accidents in the building, access, machinery or other work carried on by the insured.

2.Special non-guaranteed matters:

(a)Personal illness causes sports injuries.

(b)Symptoms due to personal physique or cardiovascular disease, such as shock, heart disease, diabetes, heat exhaustion, heat stroke, acute mountain sickness, epilepsy, dehydration, etc.

(c)For the illness caused by the disease itself, the runner will not be covered by insurance. If there is any unexplained chest discomfort (chest pain, chest tightness), unexplained dyspnea, family-oriented heart disease, diabetes, etc. or the disease listed in item (b) are the high risk group of myocardial infarction. It is recommended that runners carefully consider their own physical condition before signing up for the run. Do not force the runner or ask the doctor to assess the risk of participation. Please do the Electrocardiogram test first and purchase personal accident insurance.

3.It would be a high risk group of sudden death if you have had the following diseases or health conditions. Please consult a professional doctor and do not force yourself to participate

1. Unexplained breathing difficulties
2. Unexplained chest discomfort (chest tightness, chest pain)
3. Unexplained dizziness
4. Sudden loss of consciousness
5. High blood pressure (>140/90mmHg)
6. Heart disease
7. Abnormal kidney function
8. Hyperlipidemia (total cholesterol > 240mg/Dl)
9. Family history of heart disease

If there are any unforeseen matters in the regulation, it may be amended by the Association.
